After a day off in Torrey we started down the scenic highway 12. A tough start with a climb up to the highest pass of the trip at 9,600ft, complete with a foot or so of snow. Fortunately the road was clear, but it was cloudy and damn cold!

The following day with the sun out we cycled from Boulder down to Calf Creek, where we went for a short stroll to the waterfall 3 miles away.

Then it was up and out of the canyon, towards Escalante and onwards to Bryce Canyon (you’ll have to wait for the photos from this amazing spot in another update though!)
