Scotland in November

In 2015 I bought a campervan. It’s a panel van that’s been converted.

I was tired of renting small rooms in other people’s homes to live in. So now I have my own ‘mobile’ home and live on a campsite during the week when I’m in the UK and working.

It’s great for heading off at weekends – with my mountain bike or even my motorbike stored inside for transporting – and exploring parts of the UK I’ve not been to before.

And it’s my office when I want to write. So in November 2015, I took time off and headed to Scotland to work on my second book. And when I needed a break, I headed for the hills for a walk. Perfect.
